Dr Matthews and her staff are amazing. I came in as an emergency patient in a lot of pain. She fit me in and provided excellent care and kindness. Her team is companionate and professional. My teeth where very bad With infections horrible looking smile. Before I saw Dr Matthews I was a 100% sure that I was gonna lose all my teeth, Dr Matthews only goal was to save As many teeth as possible. Dr Matthews and her staff saved all but 4 teeth and it was the best decision on Dr Matthews part.. Dr Matthews and her staff our family to me . The staff is Absolutely the best of the best. I can smile now and that is priceless thanks to Dr Matthews and her staff..

OMG.... After real carefully researching this particular Dr., I waited a few weeks to call for an appointment. How stupid on my part! This was the best, best, best customer service from the professionals answering the telephone to the Doctor herself...Jesse, Andrea, Vicki and the rest of this awesome team, I am so impressed with "Each and Everyone" of you, along with the extremely knowledgeable, young, beautiful, honest Doctor Marissa Matthews. This entire "Team" of "Professionals" treated me like I was a member of the family. Dr. Matthews, was honest, extremely knowledgeable and very compassionate, not making a rash decision, taking the time to find the best solution. Dr. Matthews and her team really made my experience comfortable and just wanting to move forward with whatever they recommend...This is not an office where they just take the easiest way out and take your money. Finally!!! I found Dr. Matthews and her "Incredible Team" of "Professionals" that are AWESOME!!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but this was the best experience I have had in a dental environment. Not only were the staff kind to me, they answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was putting them out. Another biggie for me was that the office communicated with me via text message. I have to admit that the procedure was anxiety provoking, but the doctor and staff expressed how important my comfort was to them. They offered options such as oral sedation or nitrous oxide which made a huge difference. The fact that they were so sensitive to my needs put me at such ease. The doctor explained everything to me in detail and continually checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was not feeling any pain. I think a testament to the doctor's skill was post-surgery. I literally had no pain. She was so gentle during the procedure I think it made all of the difference later. Thank each and every one of you for making my experience such a pleasant one!
